Last weekend, we travelled to Dubai for the Nickelback concert. It was held at the Dubai Festival City and was part of the Gulf Biking festival. Status Quo played the following day, but I am not too fond of them. The only song I like of theirs is "In the Army". As for Nickelback, it was worth every nickel we spent on them. Every minute of the 2 hours that we spent there was worth all the trouble taken. We got to see Mr. Chad Kreuger in action. He looks so cute with his new look. His voice was mesmerising.
Daniel impressed the crowd with his drumming. I recorded his drumming for my son, Evan. The concert was more fun as we went with a bunch of good friends from Kuwait and Dubai. I will post some pictures from the concert and if possible some video footage.
Do not miss the Nickelback concert if it comes to your town, they are truly entertaining.
